2. MEASURE your home
Our Role:
- Measure and photograph your home.
- Perform a comprehensive audit, covering materials required, position of sewer lines, easements, access points, set-backs, asbestos, etc.
3. first design concepts
Our Role:
- Present design concept.
- Help you fine tune your plan and ideas.
- If you are happy with your design, your Design Consultant will start on the next stage of the process.

- Prepare for this meeting.
- The more you can tell them the better.
- Confirm you are happy to continue
4. PREPARE DESIGN DRAWINGS
Our Role:
- Obtain a contour survey if required.
- Draw a plan of your existing home.
- Draw plans for your proposed improvement.
- Prepare costings.
- Prepare coloured perspective drawings (internal and external).
- Prepare Preliminary Plans Agreement (PPA) drawings and documentation.
Your Role:
- Nothing.
5. Pre-planning application MEETING
Our Role:
- Present your proposed improvement plans for approval.
- Present your colour perspective drawings (internal and external, including wet areas such as bathrooms).
- Present fixed price costings.
- Provide details of all inclusions and exclusions.
Your Role:
- Look at your plans and drawings.
- Consider the price and inclusions.
- Ask lots of questions.
- If you are happy with everything sign off on the PPA documents
6. APPROVALS
Our Role:
- Submit applications for all the necessary approvals so you don’t need to worry.
Your Role:

7. CONTRACT SIGNING
Your Role:
- Make an appointment with you to sign off your final lump sum Building Contract which includes all terms and conditions.
- Lodge your building licence.
Your Role:
- Look at your plans and drawings.
- Review the price and inclusions.
- Ask lots of questions.
- If you’re happy with everything, sign off on the contract documentation.
8. PRESTART
Our Role:
- Walk you through your colour and selection options.
- Offer help and guidance on the latest trends and ‘must haves’.
- Price any upgrades.
- Amend your plans and addenda if you have any changes, and supply final versions for your approval.
Your Role:
- This is the exciting part for you! You choose and pick your colours and selections, and decide on any upgrades.
9. PRE-COnstruction
Our Role:
- We will introduce you to your dedicated Site Manager.
- The scheduling team will place final material orders.
- Coordinate all onsite suppliers.
- Supply you with a start date and build time frame.
Your Role:
- Check any changes to the final drawings and sign all final documentation.
10. Construction
Our Role::
- Get our professional team to complete your renovation, as planned, and with start and build time frames.
- Minimise disruption to your day-to-day life, so you can continue living in your home while we work. We can provide temporary kitchens and bathrooms if you have chosen to live in your home while we work around you.
